My Maytag quiet series 400 light is flashing. Why will it not start?

The dishwasher might not be properly loaded. Settings might not be correct.check for any loose disware prevent the machinery form starting. Not sure, 24hr customer service available.

I think in my opinion the dishwasher might not be loaded properly. You should make sure the settings are set in a proper way. There could be a lot of different problems. It may be a problem with the control panel or something broken within the dishwasher.

Try holding in the cancel button for at least five seconds. You can also try to cycle through all the wash cycles a few times as a means of resetting the appliance. If none of these options work, you might need to phone a repair shop and see what they can do for you.

There could be a lot of different problems. It may be a problem with the control panel or something broken within the dishwasher. You might need to consult a repairman.

Sometimes when the start button has been pressed on the washing machine there is a slight mechanical interruption that causes the lights to flicker off and on.
