Your cat could have gotten a bee sting. OR it could be a reaction to ingesting fleas, with no flea collar or a flea problem. This can cause of swelling of the chin or lips. Cats get pimples. The chin doesn't get cleaned as well as the rest of his body. Take the cat to his vet for a diganosis.

Look for lumps as these could be caused by a bee sting. Severe bumps should be seen by a veterinarian, so they can also check your pets teeth for problems.

Your cat could have an abscess or infection on her chin. She could also be having an allergic reaction. Take her to a vet to see what's wrong.

This can be an allergic reaction or feline acne. You would need to have the cat examined by a vet and tested. If it is either there are probably dietary changes that need to made or household items that will need to be removed. A vet can lead you in the right direction.
