Excessive consumption of alcohol could cause this, as well as an insect sting or bite. Also, steroids such as Prednisone cause swelling.

It could be anything from a simple benign cyst or acne under the chin to a lymph node issue causing fluid retention in the area of the neck under the chin.The lymph nodes are often affected by staph bacteria or viral infections and the lymph nodes ability to fight either is compromised.

i started my chin swolen after they get rid off my tooth fwe days later i felt discomfort my gums and just start to grow a swelling in my chin. i dont know where to go to solve this problem, i went the doctor but no answer
