Have the dog checked out by a vet. Something is going on if the dog can't carry the litter and they all miscarry. How old is the dog? Have you checked out the dog that he mated with? Was the dog under stress while carrying the litter? These are all questions you should be prepated to answer at the vets.

Start my taking her to the vet. Although it may be expensive, she needs medical attention. Medical attention will ensure that she doesn't get a subsequent infection that could kill her or prevent her for having puppies in the future. The vet should also be able to tell you what things may have led to such a dramatic miscarriage.

Take her to a vet. While it's not unusual for cats and dogs to have one or two miscarriages per litter, miscarrying a whole litter could be an indicator of a problem.

If you haven't already taken your dog to the vet you should do so immeadiately. The vet will run tests and make sure she doesn't have something seriously wrong.
