If the amplifier is receiving power and the volume is turned up but it is still not outputting sound, try checking the voltage, it may either not be receiving enough power or it may be fried.

First of all check all the wires are correctly connected. Then check any wire has loose connection. Then open the amplifier check the coil

The obvious solution is to consult the manual. An amp should have some type of output for sound. It probably has output that need to be converted.
