Absolutely. You're not missing out on much. Finding someone you like and likes you happens multiple times in your life, you've only been interested in girls for a couple of years and have plenty more to go. You'll find someone without even trying. Note that being confident and not being shy will help out a lot too.

Of course it's okay! Relationships that happen when you are in your early teens rarely last. Not having a girlfriend may be saving you the anguish of heartbreak!
