If she is on the lease, you cannot kick her out, nor can you change the locks or deny her access to the property. If she's not on the lease and pays no rent, you can tell her to leave without notice.

You should sit down and talk things over calmly with your girlfriend. Make a list of things you want to say, and your reasons for ending things.

If you are both on the lease, you may not be able to simply kick her out. Even if she is not on the lease, you will have to give her some kind of notice that you want her to move out, usually 30 days' notice. Remember to consider how you would want to be treated if it was reversed.
