There is no certain way to force this to happen, and you should be prepared for him to resent you if you try it and fail. That being said, the best way to try to do it is to emphasize her negative qualities. Be sure to point out anything that he misses due to her, as well.

That has to be a decision that he has to make. Stop talking to him for a few days and tell him if he can not get rid of her then you want nothing to do with him. He might break up with her.
