It depends on the context of the question. Are there lizards that have black in their patterns? Yes. Are their lizards with black as a dominant color? Yes. Are there lizards that are entirely black? From initial appearance, yes, but often the black is mixed with dark blues and purples.

There are many lizards that are colored black, but none that have the specific name of "Black Lizard." Black Lizard is the name of an 80's art book, a rock band, and a 1968 Japanese film.
