Is there anything to the different methods that are supposed to help you conceive a boy?

Answer by  MattK (1713)

The two main differences between methods are that one bases the outcome on mean temperature during conception and the other bases it on the time of the cycle. Neither of the two methods has shown to have any greater statistical difference over the other and barely any over random conception.
