There is really no sure fire way to conceive a boy when trying to get pregnant. Science is working on a way but they are still a long way from actually achieving this goal. So for now you are just going to have to take what you get when you do conceive.

There is no sure-fire way to conceive one sex or another. If you absolutely must raise a boy you can always adopt. The sex of the baby is not nearly as important as a healthy thriving baby. You'll be able to love whichever sort you get.

It's impossible. Stories about what position to use are old wives tales. A baby's sex is determined by the father's sperm, and you can't control which will fertilize your egg.
