I have quite a bit of pain.

There are various forms of treatment for prostate pain, depending on the causes. If you have spasms muscle relaxants can aid in pain relief. Non-steroid ant-inflammatory medications can help with pain from swelling. Prostate injections can help with localized pain. Anticholinergic's are used forpain related to prostate urgency or "fullness".
