No, by ingesting poison you need to seek medical attention immediately. Poison will obviously kill you no matter what type of poison it is.

There are many way to survive a poison, which way wil work depends on what type of poison. there are antidotes available for most common poisons, and with some solutions as simple as inducing vomiting will work. Consult a doctor if possible.
