There are several keys of trumpets available. Common keys are Bb, F, C, D, E, G, and A. Trumpets can be built in about any key. Bb is the most common trumpet.

Yes, there are in fact E-flat trumpets available, also trumpets pitched to the key of G are very high pitched and are surprisingly called 'Bugles'!
