Trumpets differ in price range based on the model that you purchase. A nice brass Bundy will run you about $600. Though this is expensive, they are cheaper than most other brass instruments such as the French horn. You can purchase a used Bundy for prices in the 200 dollar range.

I would expect to pay somewhere in the $300 to $500 range for a "beginner" trumpet (versus a high quality high cost one). Check into rentals too!

You can get a beginners trumpet for around $200, but you can also spend up to thousands of dollars on a quality trumpet.

The price range is very wide ($99 to $4,000) depending on the quality and the material. For use in a school band, a reasonable price range would be $120 to $150.

The cheapest trumpets are sold for as low as $100-150, but they won't get him far. Good student models can be found in the $250-300 range, and will last longer.

I believe that you can get a used one for less than 100. For a brand new one you are looking at $200-300.

There are different prices available in the market for trumpet. now a days I'm playing about 220$ one in my university band. But as you go for the expensive one that sounds better.
