Yes, there is, it is recommended that you add up the pros and add up the cons to the situation and which ever one is more, that is how you should decide if it is morally right or wrong. My source is Benjamin Franklin.

There are several good things that you can consider for yourself when it comes to this. First, what will others think about your decision? It is socially acceptable? Does this decision go against your personal views in anyway? Is it legal with your town, state, and country? Will your decision hurt others in anyway?

Decision making ultimately comes down to having sound judgement. Moral's come into play when you decide if you are doing the right thing or not.
