As of now there is no cure for feline leukemia but there is a vacine that the cat can get.

Feline leukemia (cancer of the white blood cells)can be prevented in the form of a vaccine, but felines already infected with the virus can not be cured.

There is no cure for feline leukemia, only treatments for control of the symptoms and the ability to increase a cat's life expectancy. Often called cat cancer, it allows the growth of tumors to grow anywhere that lymph tissue is found. Once a diagnosis is confirmed the cat can be treated with medication. Remission happens, but it almost always returns.

There are certain treatments, but there is not a good cure for this in cats; often it is kinder to put the animal to sleep after such a diagnosis as this.
