Yes. Too much estrogen (as well as too little) will cause low fertility. Consider also that weight plays a part in this. Fat cells help make estrogen.

Low hormonal levels of the sex hormone estrogen can be a cause of low fertility. Estrogen injections in form of depot preparations can replenish the deficiency and alleviate the consequent problems which include low sex drive,weak porotic bones,hot flushes etc.
