There is no such thing as a Chicken Holiday. I am not sure what the people you heard were referring to but it is not official.

No, there is no such thing as a chicken holiday. This is absolutely ridiculous. People may however choose to serve chicken on holiday's such as Christmas or Thanksgiving and offer them as additional meat servings.

From what I understand, Chicken Holiday is a fast food restaurant in the US. They apparently serve fried chicken, ribs and seafood. Chicken Holidays are independently owned since 1991. I live in the mid-west and have never heard of them.

Chicken Holiday is a restaurant. They have locations around the United States. Their menu includes: Chicken fingers, BarBeque chicken, scallops, crab cakes, salads, buffalo wings, clams, sandwiches, fillet of flounder and othe things. They have xcellent party prices. You can get one hundred pieces of chicken for about $140.00 as well as sides.
