The Sukhoi T-60 Intermediate range bomber was a Cold War era Soviet bomber project that never went into production, thus it has never been is active service

The T -60 S bomber was to be part of Russia's fleet of stealth bombers. Plans to produce the bomber were dropped after the cold war ended.

I don't think it is. I used to load the bombs and troubleshoot the weapons systems on the aircraft and I have heard of the plane but I am pretty sure it is no longer in service.
