Owning a Secret Service pistol can only be obtained a few special ways. The first would having been employed with them and finally knowing someone that was employed by them.
The government does not resale weapons. You would need to become a secret service agent to carry to weapon. There maybe be other legal means outside of the government in which you can obtain a weapon.
