Is the game "Altered Beast" available for Sega?

Absolutely, but it's a little altered from the arcade version. It was available on the Genesis/Megadrive system. You can look into emulation, or search EBay for a copy. Good luck and have fun.

Yes it can by found on several systems. It is very easy to find for the Sega Genesis, and is also available on the Sega Master System and on Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection for the Xbox 360 and PS3.

Yes. It is available on the Sega Genesis, PC, Xbox 360 as a download, the Sega Genesis collection for the PS2 and so many other consoles/places.

I love this game a lot, but i have never seen it on Sega. Most probably it is not available !
