Is pizza a potentially hazardous food?

I love pizza but heard it is hazardous. Is that true?

I'm not too sure what you mean in being "hazardous". It would definitely not be the best food for you, as the cheese is loaded in fat, along with all the other toppings that are put on it. If eaten in moderation, you will be fine. Just make sure it isn't the only meal in your diet.

Like any food, too much pizza can be "hazardous" - in other words, too much of anything is not good. In moderation, pizza can be good for you, as long as fatty or unhealthy toppings are avoided.

Pizza itself is only a risk to those who have gluten allergies if eating a wheat crust or the cheese for someone allergic to cheese.

No, unless you have specific food allergies. I live in Italy and I read the newspapers everyday, and in the last 20 years I never heard of anybody suffering for pizza eating. Surely pizza can be a very hazardous food for your diet, since it contains a lot of calories.

The only "hazardous" thing about pizza is that it is often high in fat. There are plenty of healthy pizza options, though, and there is nothing wrong with fat sometimes.

Pizza contains a lot of fat and is high in cholesterol. As such, it is a very unhealthy food. It is dangerous in the sense that it is not good for you, but it does not carry any more of a hazard than any number of other foods, like burgers.
