Is MovieBeam still in business or not?

After starting MovieBeam, Disney put it on the market in 2006. In March of 2007, the company was purchased by Movie Gallery. In December of the same year, MovieBeam shut down all services and is no longer in business. In 2008, Valuable Technologies Ltd. (VTL) bought MovieBeam and is planning to launch it in India and the Middle East.

MovieBeam is no longer in business. The video on demand service was being bought out by Movie Gallery Inc. and then terminated the service on December 15, 2007.

MovieBeam is still a running business much similar to today's Netflix. It still offers memberships to anyone wanting to stream movies from home.
