In your business plan you might want to include the following:
- Your experience in the field. - Location of the training facilities. - Marketing strategy, i. e. how you will advertize yourself and how you will distinguish yourself from the competition. - Financial strategy, i. e. how much money you need to start up and where will you get it.
First of all, for a small business, to me, the best thing to do is to choose a business that you can do at home. Doing it, you won't have to spend one hour, twice a day in traffic, and no money spent on gas too.
1. Start by offering your services at small gyms. Offer the business owner a portion of all clients to earn the right to offer services at their gym. 2. As you build up a clientele, go to a larger gym and pay for the right to train at their facilities.
