Most school districts within the united states does require that your child attend some for of kindergarten, however it does not require that you attend public kindergarten. You may go to church run programs if they are regulated by the school district.

Kindergarten is required in most school districts. Contact your local school district for information. It may be legal to home-school your child for kindergarten in your state. There are also day cares that offer private kindergarten that is accredited.

For children of the age of 2 kindergarten is necessary. There they learn to give and take,to share with other children,to mingle with others. They learn basic manners from there. Especially if the parents are working it is better to leave the children in kindergarten than with ayas.
