You can't get much simpler or lower maintenance than straight shulder length hair. If you're looking for something a bit more stylish though you could try a bobbed hair look.

A traditional cut is a bob cut. It is easy to manage and always in style. Medium hair also looks amazing and requires very little upkeep with layers.

I have medium length hair and i have swept bangs with layers. It looks super cute and all you have to do is hop out of the shower in the morning and go!
