Is it tacky to send out unborn baby pictures?

Numerous people would probably agree that an ultrasound image of a baby is at least cute. However, some people might consider it too medically oriented, similar to sending out an x-ray image showing a bone spur. I think the key here would be to only send these images to people you are quite close to and know very well.

I think it is fine to send out unborn baby pictures to close friends and family who you know will be interested in seeing ultrasound pictures. People who have been involved in abortions or miscarriages may be sensitive to ultrasound pictures, so I would advise against sending such images to people you don't know well just in case.
