Yes there are. In Wisconsin where I live there are at least three relatively close to me. They are open from May-September and still do a good business.

Although there are still drive-in movie theaters in operation, their numbers are quickly decreasing. Most experts would probably advise against starting a drive-in movie theater. Movie theaters in general are struggling because of new technologies available at home.
