The best thing to do is consult the information on the package of the medication. It will usually tell you in big black letters if it is unsafe to use while pregnant. Failing that consult your OB and don't take any more meds until you do.

If possible please stop as soon as possible. Any medication you take is directly passed down to the fetus and can cause serious damage.

You should stop taking your medicine and call your doctor just in case that medication is not safe during pregnancy. Just like any other medication, always ask your doctor before taking any kind of medication. Generally during your first visits the doctor will tell you what medicines are safe to take.

hydrochlorot is considered to be safe for pregnant women. you should be fine check with your obgyn to ok it, because all the risk factors are not yet known on women they only tested animals.

Your doctor is the one who can make that decision, and you should talk to him about it. Some doctors chose to keep you on the medication.
