Talk to your doctor, but generally aspirin is not safe to use for pain management in pregnancy. Very low dose aspirin is used as a treatment for clotting disorders in pregnancy, but this is always done under a doctor's (or even a specialist's) supervision. A better option for pain management is acetaminophen/paracetamol (Tylenol).

Not med advice: It is not recommended to use aspirin during pregnancy. If you have a MILD headache use 250mg Tylenol. Research shows that some women at high risk for pre-eclampsia (including women with chronic high blood pressure, severe diabetes, or who had severe pre-eclampsia in a prior pregnancy) may benefit from low-dose aspirin therapy.

Taking a low dose of aspirin is safe to take while pregnant, however before taking any medications you should always consult with your obgyn to ensure he or she has no reasons for you not to take it

Take some tylenol. That is the only drug that is actually safe for headaches during pregnancy. However, you should call up your OB's office before hand to make sure it's okay.

Asprin is a very UNsafe medication to take while pregnant. It thins your blood. There is a risk to taking any kind of medication when you are expecting. If you are having headaches and must take something to rid it, Tylenol is what you have to take.

Adult doses of aspirin have been associated with an increase in miscarriages, but a low dose apirin, usually no more than you'd give a baby, is considered safe.

Without having your medical background one should not be able to tell you and should not be giving any medical advice unless they have a medical background themselves. Most doctors would tell you Tylenol should be ok unless you have any medical problems that would cause problems. Being anemic would be a bad risk among others.

Aspirin is only harmful if taken everyday, with adult full doses. If it is taken lightly, it is highly unlikely that it will be harmful to either you or the baby.
