Greyhound would not be in business if it wasn't safe. It is perfectly fine to take the bus, and can often be cheaper than a lot of the other options.

Greyhound buses are relatively safe to ride. In shorter distance, within the country is relatively easy, as there are not much transfers between buses.

If you are exercising care for yourself, Greyhound buses can be as safe as any other form of road transportation. If you travel smart, plan ahead, and seek help from drivers and station guards if you feel unsafe, Greyhound buses can be extremely safe.

Taking a Greyhound bus is just as safe as taking any other buses in your area. They have security guards at the station to help you ease your fears.

The buses themselves are safe, however some of the areas that the bus stops are located in are not the safest. Greyhound does try to keep the area safe though.
