I Greyhound Bus Service a good way to travel?

On the plus, Greyhound is cheap, comfortable, and mostly on time. On the down side, you see some interesting people, the stations look dangerous, and bus travel is slow. All in all, a bus trip is good way to see a really different America.

I have traveled Greyhound many times and must say that it is a good way to travel if you are not going very far. Going long trips on the greyhound can take a very long time and you can get very bored. So if you are traveling far I recomend flying.

Sure. It's usually less expensive and takes a little longer, depending on how far you're going. There's no first class but there is a restroom on board. There are usually stops where you can get off and get a snack. Try a short trip and see if you like it.

Bus is good if you have the time. The drawbacks are that you make a lot of stops. i would not recommend long trips unless you don't have the money.

It is very limited so a better choice is getting an unlimited pass on Amtrak. You can get a sleeper car and plan your trips anywhere you desire.

Yes, it's a great way to travel! My brother and I have always used it since we also don't like to fly. It's pretty comfortable, and we've never had any problems with it. I would recommend it.

I've traveled several times on Greyhound. Its inexpensive, but don't plan on getting much sleep on the bus or in the terminal! Buses tended to be nicest in the northeast.

Greyhound has it's pros and cons. However, Greyhound is safer than most people perceive it to be - just use your common sense during travel. You will find Greyhound buses to be most comfortable if you only use them for travels that are 6 hours & under. There are other bus companies out there like Bolt Bus, depending on location.

No, there is not enough room in the seats, the bathrooms smell. I would travel train and get a sleeper room where you would be by yourself and you can sit back and relax and enjoy the ride.

Greyhound bus is a good way to travel for reasonable distances. Prices remain affordable and they are a pretty reputable company. However, anything more than 8 hours on a bus becomes very difficult to handle, and overnighting is very unpleasant, so for long distances a train or plane is better.

Greyhound buses can be a good way to go a short distance without a lot of stops, but not good for long cross country trips. It is very slow.
