Rogaine for Men is safe to be used by women. There are two different products for sexes because of the different ways they lose hair. Men lose hair in spots, while women thin out. That is why it's safe but not recommended to use Rogaine for men as a woman.

The only difference between men's and women's Rogaine is the strength of the concentration of its active ingredient. Other than that it's the exact same product.

Yes. The products are actually extremely similar. The only difference (besides the target group) is that Rogain for women contains 2% minoxidil, but it contains 5% for men.
