Is it possible to mate a Chihauhau and a Labrador Retriever?

Although the sizes of the dogs are very different if the dogs are willing the two sizes can physically join. However pregnancy for the smaller dog would be very dangerous because the puppies would be intermediate in size so would be a huge burden for the mother and would require medical intervention for birth.

All dog species can interbreed, even wolves and coyotes. If the female were the Retriever it would likely come to term with health pups.

Well I belive anything can be possible, but I would think it would highly be unlikley. A lab is a lot larger the a Chihuahua and would be diffult to mount
