There are many people that do live in an rv full time. They learn to keep only the things that are really necessary for space reasons. They also learn to do many more activities outside of their rv which promotes a more social lifestyle. It is different from living in a house, but some prefer it.

It is possible, but it requires a low level of property ownership (not much stuff) and a high degree of organization.
