There is generally nothing wrong. Watch for any thing unhealthily high i.e. bad cholesterol. Fish that are high up in the food chain due to mercury concerns i.e. tuna. Cut up a multi vitamin into pieces and take it with meals through out the day.

As long as he is fulfilling the daily requirements for vitamins and minerals, so long as he is happy eating the same thing every day is not going to hurt him any. Military personal and astronauts often have the same diet every day. The meals are packed with the right vitamins to keep them strong and healthy.

Variety is good, however so long as a vitamin supplement is taken along with his food, eating the same thing should be fine.

It is important to get a balanced diet. If he takes vitamins he should be fine as far as his health, but it sounds like a boring way to live.

If the food he eats follows the food pyramid and isn't unhealthily high in anything bad for him then it should be fine. All that really matters is that he gets proper nutrition, and if the meal he eats gives him enough Vitamins, Calcium, calories, etc. then I'm pretty sure it's okay - regardless of variety.

It's fine as long as it covers the basic food groups. They should not do that if it's fish because of the mercury.

Yes, it fine. Your uncle is okay eating the same food every day. No harm will come with it eating that.
