What is the right way to eat?

I have heard many things, like you need to eat slow, and you need to eat 6 small meals a day. I just want to know which rules to follow.

The right way to eat very much depends on your metabolism thus there is no one right way to eat! Each person requires different things from their diet and timing of meals. For most people smaller more frequent meals helps keep up the engery and avoids "crashes". This style of eating can also increase/maintain metabolism speeds!

For myself I like to eat several small meals a day instead of 2 or 3 big meals. I think its easier to be more healthy and to get all of the food groups you need if you can eat several different kinds of food throughout the day.

Do the regular 3 meals a day at the proper time. Snacks should be in between those meal times but should just be light food.

Well the best way to eat is to eat small meals throughout the day. This will help you reduce you fat and help your digestive system work optimally in the way it was designed to.
