Yes, this a common symptom after a spinal. It can take several weeks or even a couple of month for the pain to completely go away. The pain is caused by swelling at the site of the injection. If the pain is severe or does not go away in a reasonable amount of time, consult your doctor.

It depends how long ago the spinal anaesthesia or epidural was. It is definitely possible, and my be made worse by the demands of carrying your new baby around all the time. You should definitely check in with a professional to address this issue.

Anywhere you have an injection site then you will have some soreness and pain in varying degrees. Pain should diminish within a day or two of receiving the injection. If your pain increases or persists longer then a few days then you will certainly want to bring this up to your doctor.

I would say yes. There is no way that you are going to be pain free anywhere from that. If it hurts for a long time after than there may be a problem.

The back pain remains only for a few months after delivery. The pain experienced now is because of lack of strength. Get on to exercising to strengthen the back.
