Sometimes a cat will abandon a kitten. If you don't want the kitten to die you might have to bottlefeed and completely take over its care if the mom won't take care of it.

If she's showing no interest in her kitten at all you are going to need to bottle feed this Kitten. Take the Mom and baby to the Vet too.
