That all depends on your age and the laws of the state. Some states age requirements are not as high as others. If you go to another state and get married it is legal as long as you met that states age requirement. Do not rush into marriage, it is a lifelong commitment.

You must be 18 years of age to get married in any State in order to be married. All states require parental approval if you are age seventeen or less.
