A scrub top as in what a nurse usually wears? It is pretty easy to sew one of these. try using a basic T-shirt pattern or pajama pattern to get instructions.

Scrub tops can be easily made. Youtube has a viedo; How To Make Nurse's Scrubs. If you'de like more details I'd be happy to email you step by step instructions on making a scrub top that you'll be proud to wear. The girl in the video left out some important details that can frustrate you if you don't use them.
