Is it bad to have a second toe that is longer than your big toe?

I guess that royalty thing is in a way true.:) i never even knew this. unless im misunderstading. but.. i was just researching on stuff about my toes, and came across this.I'd like to say im Native american, and am related to a sioux cheif. Sitting Bull. feel much better:)

I have a seccond toe larger than the first. I come from English royalty even though I am mostly Scottish they chose their Royalty by this rule... that their 2nd toe had to be taller than their first. I really don't think this applys anymore though! Oh well :)!

No it is not bad for your second toe to be longer than your first toe. I have actually heard or read somewhere that people who have a longer second toe are smarter than people who have a longer first toe.

...times it's sexy. Look at many good looking celebs they too have this. I don't have an issue with it and besides I think the royalty thing is pretty cool. I want to think of myself as royalty!!

Just like the comment below it is said that the reason is you descended from royalty also it stands for leadership. I just think it's runs in your family for ex. my dads side of the family have this. I don't have an issue with it I've been told several

people always say my toes are nasty. my 2nd and 3rd toe is longer than my first. its very unattractive but i dont think there is anything really wrong.

Just like the shape of your earlobe, the length of your toes is varied among the population. Everyone in my family has a second toe longer than their first toe. It may look slightly different than other folks, but, it doesn't cause pain or anything uncomfortable.

well i have the problem with the 2nd toe being longer, it looks unattractive to me, and wonder if there is a way to correct it, i am 50 yrs old.

it isnt bad but it may cause callusing on the top of the second toe in your shoes. but it isnt painful or anything.

It is not bad to have a second toe that is longer than your big toe. It's only a sign that you were born with slightly higher testosterone than what is average, and I know of no health risks involved with having a slightly elongated second toe.

If (additionally) your big toe is longer than your forearm, then yes, that could be bad.I guess it really depends how long your BIG toe is, now doesn't it?

If you think having one toe longer than the other makes you smarter, you must not be very smart to begin with. It's genetics, plain and simple. There is nothing bad about it at all. But it looks weird and you know it.
