Teddy bear hamsters grow to about 6 inches, and 8 at the maximum. A standard medium sized cage should be adequate for your hamster. You have options to choose from wire or plastic cages, which come in a variety of sizes. You can always buy a larger cage if needed.

They normally grow to about 5-7 inches long and are great as pets. I would recommend getting at least a cage that is 24X12 and at least 12 inches tall.
