Once you start taking this medication, you cannot abruptly stop taking it. If you do stop, it will increase your anxiety. Some natural ways to cope with anxiety is to keep busy, exercising to create Endorphins, and changing your diet such as cutting out caffeine, sugar, and alcohol.

There are no scientifically tested natural methods for alternatives to anxiety medication. Lorazapam is a good medication and usually gives good results even in a short treatment. There are few common side effects.

No, it's not because lorazapam is highly addictive. It doesn't treat the condition, it just covers it up. It's important to see a counselor to learn what may be causing the anxiety, as well as ways you can cope with it when it happens. Anxiety is a normal part of life, drugs are not the answer.
