Putting drywall in a garage not only adds to the insulation in your garage, but also gives it a finished look. You can paint the drywall a light color and make the garage look cleaner and larger. In the end it will add to the overall value of your home should you decide to sell in the near future.

It is a good idead to install drywall in a garage if the garage will be used in any capacity other than just for parking your vehicles. Examples of other uses may include a separate work space, storage, etc. You may want to insulate the garage before installing the drywall!

It's not a good idea. A garage is a place to park the cars and store tools. Why install drywall when you are just going to mess it up?

You can use drywall in inside a garage, it's great because it covers up what is underneath and makes the garage look tidier and neater. It is really easy to install and takes no time at all.
