i have never heard of "hello travel". I would do some research, and perhaps check with the better business bureau to see if they have any prior complaints.
In my experience, Hello Travel was very reliable. They stand by their word and I had absolutely no problem using their service and information. I do recommend it to anyone looking to travel.
