I would never perm my eyelashes. Anything involving chemicals and the eyeball is especially unsafe. Try investing in a curling mascara...Covergirl makes good ones...or just suck it up and only curl your lashes when you go out or to special events. I wouldn't even suggest perming hair, so eyelashes are a definite no-no!

I do not recommend it because the perm chemicals used are unsafe for use around the eyes. It's currently allowed by the FDA, but that doesn't make it safe.

Eyelash perming can do more harm than good if it is not done carefully and properly. Eyelash perming solution can get into your eye causing serious damage, or if you have a bad reaction, your eyelashes can break off or fall out at the root. Not Recommeneded

No eyelash perming is not safe a perm is chemicals and if it gets into your eye can cause harm to the eye.
