Yes, Central Casting is a scam run in multiple cities around the country. Multiple people have had their money taken with no concrete results to show for the investment. The Central Casting locations in larger cities are less reliable than other locations. Be wary before giving any money.

There are loads of posts/articles online that indicate CC makes promises it can't keep. Note that the company has no dedicated mail server; email addresses are all through gmail.
