Is Bo Peep a character in the most recent "Toy Story"?

No, Bo Peep didn't make the cut into Toy Story 3. She was written out of the story following Toy Story 2.

I would assume she is because they bothered to include all of the other minor toy characters everyone has seen on the first Toy Story. It would make sense that she be included in the third part of the movie series if they bothered to remember the aliens and buzz lightyear.
